Patricia Sullivan is a Master Certified Personal Trainer with over 12 years experience, and her Certification as a Nutritional Consultant has also helped to provide clients with dietary recommendations and strategies.  Her core beliefs of Movement, Diet, and Mindset have brought the elements of fitness to the general population through educational seminars, group fitness classes, boot camps, and one-on-one personal training.  She has led thousands of workout classes, and sessions for beginners, as well as advanced fitness enthusiasts.  Patricia especially enjoys working with sedentary adults with little or no fitness experience, providing them a pathway for improving their quality of life.  Helping them to achieve better movement, building a fitter physique, developing habits for improved health, experiencing more energy, and living with a more confident mindset.
